When you fill out our inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event type and date, venue or city, estimated guest count, how you heard about us, your social media handle (optional), and any notes you include.
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry and help plan your event. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Inquiry submissions are sent to us via Resend (our email delivery service) and stored in a private Google Sheet that only our team can access. Your information is never shared beyond what is needed to follow up with you.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This data is aggregated and anonymous. No personal information is collected through analytics.
We keep your inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you. If you would like your information removed, just email us and we will delete it promptly.
You can request to view, update, or delete any personal information we have on file. Just reach out to us directly using the email link at the bottom of this page.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
