Inland Empire, California
Temecula wine country, Riverside, the whole IE. A real photographer poses your guests and prints their portrait on the spot.
Check Your DateA lot of our Inland Empire work is Temecula wine country, and that changes what a photo booth needs to be. These are outdoor weddings on barrel-lined patios and lawns, in good light, with guests who got dressed up and drove out for the day.
A screen on a stand looks wrong in that setting. We set up a proper portrait station instead, with studio lighting that holds up against golden hour and a photographer posing every guest. The print they carry back to their table matches the day they actually had.
The same setup works for the rest of the IE: Riverside receptions, quinceañeras, corporate parties in Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga. Anywhere guests would rather be photographed properly than left alone with a touchscreen.

“Truly raising the bar.”
A unique and thoughtful touch that left guests with cherished keepsakes.Howard
Not a kiosk in the corner. A person who poses every guest and checks the photo is good before it prints.
Most people do not know what to do with their hands. That is our job, not your guests'.
Printed on site in about a minute, as many as your guests want.
Colour or black and white, corrected before it goes to the printer.
Your names, date, logo or monogram on the print itself. Proof sent two weeks ahead for approval.
White or curtain, your choice, lit properly rather than with a ring light.
Guests scan a QR code and download their photos. No cost, no sign up.
Our minimum. Extra hours are quoted per event.
Half off, through the end of 2027. Covers four hours, the photographer, unlimited prints, the custom overlay and a digital gallery for every guest.
Events over 150 guests carry an additional fee and extra hours are quoted per event. Everything appears on your quote before you commit to anything.
The Inland Empire spreads out, so the travel number swings more here than anywhere else we work. From Costa Mesa, Corona is around 30 miles, Riverside around 40, Temecula around 50 and San Bernardino around 55.
With 25 free miles and $1.50 per mile one way after that, Corona works out near $8, Riverside around $22, Temecula around $38 and San Bernardino around $45. Give us the venue and you will have the exact figure before you book.
The other IE-specific thing is heat. Summer afternoons out here run well above the coast, and that matters for an outdoor setup: printers and guests both behave better in shade. If your event is outdoors between June and September, tell us early and we will plan the placement around it rather than discovering it on the day.
Date, venue, rough guest count. Two minutes.
Backdrop, print design, overlay, add-ons. This is where it becomes yours.
Custom quote, signed contract, 25% deposit. Balance due 14 days before.
We arrive ahead of time and handle everything from there.
Not an exhaustive list. If your venue is not on it, ask anyway.
“Truly raising the bar. A unique and thoughtful touch that left guests with cherished keepsakes.”
“They do PHENOMENAL work. All of our guests were so happy. I would 100% book them again.”
“Captured the energy perfectly. From setup to the last print, everything felt premium.”
Yes, it is one of our regular markets. Temecula is about 50 miles from our base in Costa Mesa, which works out around $38 of travel. Outdoor vineyard setups are something we plan for rather than improvise.
It depends more here than elsewhere because the region is spread out. First 25 miles from Costa Mesa are free, then $1.50 per mile one way. Roughly: Corona $8, Riverside $22, Temecula $38, San Bernardino $45. Send the venue and we will give you the exact number.
Yes, with a bit of planning. IE summer afternoons are hot and both the printer and your guests do better in shade. Tell us it is outdoors when you enquire and we will sort placement, power and timing around the heat instead of improvising on the day.
$850 for the Portrait Studio package, half off our regular $1,700, through the end of 2027. It covers 4 hours, the photographer, unlimited prints, the custom overlay and the digital gallery. Travel is quoted separately and shown before you book.
A 15 by 15 foot space, 10 feet of clearance, a 28 inch door or path to get gear in, and a dedicated 15 to 20 amp grounded outlet within 20 feet. For vineyard and outdoor venues, power is the one worth confirming early, and we bring a hotspot in case there is no internet.
