Orange County, California
The photo booth, built around your guests. A real photographer poses everyone and hands them a printed portrait before they walk away.
Check Your DateMost photo booth rentals hand your guests a machine. Somebody wheels it in, your guests work out the touchscreen themselves, and the photos come out how they come out. Nobody is looking after anyone.
We built Spiffy Creatives around the opposite idea: your guests are the point. So our photo booth comes with studio lighting, a proper backdrop and a photographer who stays for the whole event. Every guest gets walked through three to five poses, because almost nobody knows what to do with their hands in front of a camera. The best frames are edited on site and printed as 4x6s your guests take home that night.
It costs about what a good photo booth rental in Orange County costs. What you get for it is better photos, and guests who felt looked after instead of left to figure it out.

“Truly raising the bar.”
A unique and thoughtful touch that left guests with cherished keepsakes.Howard
Not a kiosk in the corner. A person who poses every guest and checks the photo is good before it prints.
Most people do not know what to do with their hands. That is our job, not your guests'.
Printed on site in about a minute, as many as your guests want.
Colour or black and white, corrected before it goes to the printer.
Your names, date, logo or monogram on the print itself. Proof sent two weeks ahead for approval.
White or curtain, your choice, lit properly rather than with a ring light.
Guests scan a QR code and download their photos. No cost, no sign up.
Our minimum. Extra hours are quoted per event.
Half off, through the end of 2027. Covers four hours, the photographer, unlimited prints, the custom overlay and a digital gallery for every guest.
Events over 150 guests carry an additional fee and extra hours are quoted per event. Everything appears on your quote before you commit to anything.
We are based in Costa Mesa, which sits close to the middle of Orange County. That matters more than it sounds: our first 25 miles carry no travel fee, and from Costa Mesa that radius covers nearly every OC venue, from Seal Beach down to Dana Point.
Practically, that means most Orange County bookings have no travel line on the quote at all. The handful that do, usually the far north or past San Clemente, are $1.50 per mile one way, and it goes in your quote up front rather than turning up later.
Being local also means we are not driving two hours before an event. We arrive early, set up calmly, and we are not watching the clock to beat traffic home.
Date, venue, rough guest count. Two minutes.
Backdrop, print design, overlay, add-ons. This is where it becomes yours.
Custom quote, signed contract, 25% deposit. Balance due 14 days before.
We arrive ahead of time and handle everything from there.
Not an exhaustive list. If your venue is not on it, ask anyway.
“Truly raising the bar. A unique and thoughtful touch that left guests with cherished keepsakes.”
“They do PHENOMENAL work. All of our guests were so happy. I would 100% book them again.”
“Captured the energy perfectly. From setup to the last print, everything felt premium.”
A photographer. Most photo booth rentals are a machine your guests operate themselves. Ours comes with professional lighting, a real backdrop, and a person who directs every guest and prints the result on the spot. Same slot at your event, same sort of budget, photos that look nothing alike.
$850 for the Portrait Studio package, which is half off our regular $1,700 rate. That early bird price runs through the end of 2027. It covers 4 hours, the photographer, unlimited prints, the custom overlay and the digital gallery.
Usually not. We are in Costa Mesa and the first 25 miles are free, which covers most of the county. If your venue falls outside that we charge $1.50 per mile one way and show it in the quote before you commit.
6 to 8 weeks for most events, and 3 to 6 months for weddings and larger corporate parties. Orange County weekends in spring and autumn go first. If your date is sooner, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.
A 15 by 15 foot space, 10 feet of ceiling clearance, a door or hallway at least 28 inches wide, and one dedicated 15 to 20 amp grounded outlet within 20 feet. Internet is preferred and we bring a hotspot as backup. We also ask that parking is covered or validated for our team.
